Today we took part in National Fitness Day! We did loads of activities to remind us of ways we can stay fit.

This morning we started with some running and exercises to wake us up!

At the start of each activity we did our warm up….

This morning we went into some stations with a mixture of running, walking and sprinting.

We then did some exercises including star jumps, high knees, squats and heal flicks.

We finished the morning with some long distance running.

Between breaks we had some rain outside. We couldn’t go outside so we did some yoga in the classroom instead as Gaeilge with Ciarán on Cúla 4. Bhí an-spóirt againn

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t very kind to us after lunch. Mr.Luby had an obstacle course planned for us but we will get to do this when the weather improves! We can’t wait!
