We are really enjoying working on the Lust For Life wellbeing programme with Zane. Today we learned all about new breathing techniques that can help with relaxing our body. We learned how we can use our shoulders and other parts of our body to help us with relaxing all our muscles.

Bressie does loads of the videos and they are really useful for demonstrating some techniques to help us to relax and to stop worrying.
